Shipping:

Standard delivery times are:

• Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 2 to 5 business days
• Canary Islands: 5 to 8 business days
• Europe and rest of the world: delivery time will vary depending on the destination country and the shipping company.
• You will receive a notification when your order is ready for delivery.

*During special campaigns (sales, Christmas, Black Friday, launches or promotions) delivery times may be extended.

Customs and taxes:

Shipments outside the EU customs territory, as well as those destinations where regulations establish it, may be subject to the payment of taxes, duties or import fees. These amounts will be the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid in accordance with the current legislation of the destination country.

Exchanges:

• You have 30 days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or return.
• The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with its original tags.
• Personalized items CANNOT BE exchanged or returned, whether for a player or personalized. Except for an error in personalization.
• Returns made at our physical store are free of charge; if made by courier, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
